Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Groin Area And On Thighs

Hi ...Lately i have been taking a lot of IV Ketamine... and ive started to have back (spinal) pain in my lower back...as if my back is having difficulty in holding up the weight of my body.... secondly i started having some kind of blood pimples on my groin area and upper thighs i wonder if thats associated with IV KET...and thirdly.. the edge of my fingernail skin of my index finger seems to be hardened and darkened in color and hurts... can you tell what i should do? any vitamins i should take to fix it. I want to quit and i think i can on my own... but i want to know how to fix this all.
