Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Groin Area

Hi, Ive been noticing a small rash like series of bumps appear near my groin area. It is about an inch down on my thigh from where the thigh and pelvis join, and is predominantly on my right side, although there are some on the left as well in the same spot. The bumps do not itch, and are not very large, but seem to be growing in number. It cannot be an STD, as I am not sexually active, but I am concerned as to what it is.
