Suggest Treatment For Bumps In The Scrotum

Hi. I had a quick question about some very small hard bumps that have developed on my scrotum near the base of my penis. There are about 9-12 bumps in a cluster, they are hard but don't hurt or ache in any way they are just annoying looking. At first I thought that they might be some type of STD or STV but after comparing symptoms, or lack thereof, with other online posts - I thought that they might be Sebaceous Cysts or Spermatocele Cysts. Would either of these manifest themselves in a cluster like fashion? Also, is there any type of home remedy for these or is some type of prescribed ointment essential to getting rid of them? Thanks.
