Suggest Treatment For Bumps Near Anal Opening With Liquid Discharge

hi...i have a small bump between my buttocks near my anus area, it oozes sometimes but hasnt burst. Im scared of what it may be...also i get irritated from it between my buttocks and its very uncomfortable...it has been there a pretty good while. ive tried creams...can you please help me. cant afford to go to doctor.
