Suggest Treatment For Bumps Near Clitoris

i recently i discover a bump on my inner thigh and it started to get bigger so i popped it, then 3 days after i came off my period there like two little bumps near my clitoris and it hurts a little there like two little open sores and now my butt itches and i have a rash and open sores there too, i did change my soaps, so maybe its that.. im only 18 and i had sex only one time last year and i got check didn't have nothing can someone please help me...
