Suggest Treatment For Bumps Near Vagina

I just had intercoars with my partner about 5 days ago. That day before I left I did shave. I have searched online pictures of herpes and razor burns and they both seem the same to me, but the pumps I have seem to be in a curved line on both sides of my vaginal area but not inbetween. It gets painful when I pee it feels like it burns and as if I had a cut. I did have fever yesterday and I have heard that is a symptom of herpes but it does not itch. It is only painful when my urine meets with the pumps but the pumps are solid there is no liquid in then is this herpes? I am very worried
