Suggest Treatment For Bumps Near Vagina

I hate to put myself out there but I m driving myself crazy doing research until I can get an appointment. I recently discovered some bumps around the opening of my vagina, I m worried about them. My boyfriend whom I have a child with showed me a bump on his shaft long ago but it looked like nothing to me so I didn t think about it. Now that I myself have found new bumps I m concerned. Not sure exactly how long they have been there I found them two or three weeks ago and at first I only felt one or two but didn t do a full check because I m used to getting ingrown hairs and such. But I have had NO history of any sti s or std s, was check not even six months ago and all came back good. They are flesh colored, raised, kinda hard, sometimes itch, no bleeding, or pain. I have a semi clear photo if I could send it to you please let me know and I will be happy to do so. I would greatly appreciate your expert advice.
