I have a few small bumps on the back of my penis. They look like they are tiny pimples and are kind of irritating. They are located on my fourskin scar, when my penis is flasied they are barley visible. . I was cercized when I was a baby. This started yesterday and today, I am safe and only have one sexual partner.
