Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Calves With Fibromyalgia

I'm a 42 yrs old (woman) I have been biopsied and found to have lichen amyloidosis. Both calves are covered in the front and back with the bumps and dark skin - also my upper back the top of my forearms. The skin condition has spread over the last 3 years and itches now more than ever. I have also been diagnosed with "fibromyalgia" because I am very fatigued and have body/muscle aches and joint pain. i also have diarrea and hemmoroids. I feel as though there must be a connection or something is getting missed because I am getting more fibro symptoms and the skin condition keeps spreading. Should I push my doctor to do more testing for systemic type amyloidosis? The dermatologist is the one who originally diagnosed the LA. Thank you for any advice.
