Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Forehead, Under Eyes And Cheeks

Please type your query here...i have tiny bumps, like prickly heats all over my foreheads,under the eye, cheeks ..i dont think that is pimple as it never breaks out or nothing come out of it wen pricked ....it is like tiny bumps ...i am having this from past 3 yrs.. it doesn't feel itchy also..whats worrying me is that its kind of getting all over my face.....and i feel that its some kind of allergy ....my skin type is combination type...most of the time i feel its dry only....one of the skin specialist told me its a grade pimple and suggested me to use deriva c ms gel......as i have never used any medicinal cream or gel on my face yet m worried if m going right way?
