Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Forehead,back And Palms

I am 36yr female. on lisinopril since last 3 years. I had dry cough now and then may be once or twice a month. Recently since last 3 months I get quarter size to pingpong ball size bump on my forehead when wake in the morning. These bumps go away all by themselves in 2-4 hours. Consulted dermatolist. She placed me on Alegra one tab each day. Earlier when taking Alegra I did not get bumps. Whenever I do not take Alegra I get bumps on back, forehead, palm and various parts of the body in the morning when I get up. These bumps go away in 2-4 hours. Now very recently I get bumps even when I take Alegra. Please advice me ASAP and help me out. YYYY@YYYY
