Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Frenulum Of My Penis

i have like 2 little bumps on my frenulum of my penis, they have occured since i hurt my frenulum during sex, i have been with my partner for a while now, and am 100% positive that we are exclusive sexual partners, they do not appear to be wart like but they are kinda bumpy, they only appear on my frenulum since i tore it slightly. i am also heavily sexually active as it were...is this common? or does it sound like genital warts?
