Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Penis And Frequent Urination

For the past few months ive had a frequent urge to urinate, discomfort after urinating not during, red scrotum, discomfort in testicals after a bowel movement, and I have to small flesh colored bumps on the back side of my penis that I have watched religously that are not getting larger and are not going away. They also do not give me any pain or discomfort. I have also had a mild case of constipation. I did have unprotected sex with a woman in early july of last year but these symptoms did not start untill November.
