Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Penis Causing Painful Urination

I have three bump on my penis and it feels like I am pissing razor blades when I pee so I stop drinking cokes and just drink water and juice but bumps are still on penis and I had unprotected sex but my girl says she never slept with anyone but me what could this be plz help
