Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Face

My 7 year old daughter who is 65 lbs and 52 inches has been experiencing bumps on her face and neck for the past several years. A few doctors have called it contact dermetitis. The bumps would appear out of no where and not heal up for 2 or more weeks. The bumps look like little pimples and are very itchy.
