Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Tongue

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have bumps starting at the back of my tongue and they feel like they continue down my throat. I just developed these about a week ago. It kind of feels like something is stuck in the back of my throat. They are nontender and vary in size - the largest about 5mm. I do not have any white or red patches anywhere in my mouth, I have had a runny nose for the last 2 weeks. That s it - no other symptoms. Should I be concerned with oral cancer?
