Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Vagina

Hello. This is a bit embarrassing but I have these strange little bumps along my vaginal lips, the majora area I believe. They itch occassionally but most of the time are just there and are rather unattractive in appearance. I have had them come and go for quite some time. I believe that it's just pores that are irritated from shaving or are clogged with ingrown hairs from shaving. Could this be the case? I have gotten tested before and have not had sex since then.
