Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Thigh And Red Spots On Vaginal Lips

i have 2 small (aprox 3mm) bubble like bumps on the inside of my thigh. they have been there for months now but in the last few weeks i noticed that i have 2 red spots on the flaps of my vagina that look like they could have touched the leg bumps. none of the bumps are itchy or sore. yesterday i noticed another bump on my lower anus but this one has become quite sore to the touch and is very red. it sticks out more too like its 2 on top of each other. getting worried, please help?
