Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Thighs

I have two pimple like bumps, one on my right inner thigh and one on my left. they look like a pimple under the skin but won't pop and hurt to touch. One has been there for a week or two and the other just started today... do you know what this is or how I could treat it?
