Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Upper Thigh

I woke up with a cluster of bumps on my upper thigh and I didnt itch or anything until 4 days after having it. It began to have extreme sensitivity and now it also has a black center, it has also spreaded to my inner thigh. What should I use to treat it?
