Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Vagina And Abdominal Pain

About 8 days ago I had unprotected sex after drinking about 5 sugary alcoholic drinks.. I have been sore ever since But days later it started to burn when I pee, and I was red and swollen. I also had a whitish discharge so I thought it was a yeast infection. I started using cream for yeast infection 2 days ago and yesterday noticed about 5 bumps around my vagina or in the lining. I also have abdominal pain. I'm worried because I don't have insurance right now and cannot get to a doctor right away. does this sound like a yeast infection or herpes?
