Suggest Treatment For Bumps With White Head On The Upper Leg

Hi,

About a week ago I slept with a girl and the next day i noticed 5 bumps on the top of my leg(quad) and I wore a condom so Im not sure what it could be. I work as a bartender so Im constantly moving and im sure my pants rubbing on my leg doesnt help but im starting to get a little nervous about it, they look like zits almost, they have an almost white head and some and the others are just red. I shaved the area it is in to get a better look at it and im not sure that helped because it looks like there are more bumps. Please help me.
