Suggest Treatment For Bumps

i have jsut come back from uk, but while i was over there after two weeks these little bumbs showed up, but they are all over my body, now i have little water blisters showing up - foot, belly, bum, insider of thigh,arms, bra line, hands, wrists, jsut everywhere
