Suggest Treatment For Burn And Blisters On It

I am a tourist in Thailand and burned myself on a motorcycle exhaust pipe two days ago. The burn is the size of a lemon on my leg. It has blistered and one of the blisters is now open and leaking. I am in a foreign country so I don't know what to do. How do I treat this?
