Suggest Treatment For Burning And Itching On Neck After Taking Cortisone Shots

my neck has been burning and itching for the last 2 months since i start getting cortison shots in my problem shoulder and hip. the family doctor when it happened the first time said that it is a secondary inflammation that happens sometimes after a shot of cortisone. It has been getting worse the neck and face, mostly the neck feels very sensitive and canoot touch with anything. It burns very bad to a point wher I cannot function.
