Suggest Treatment For Burning And Watering Eyes With History Of Dry Eyes

I have had burning ,very watery eyes for almost a week now. This is the third time I ve had this in the last 6 months and each time my eyes are sore for longer. No eye drops are relieving them this time including antibiotic eye drops. My eyes have been treated for dry eyes but this doesn t feel like that problem.They felt at first sticky and sore like an infection at first but are similar to an allergic reaction accompanied by sneezing and dripping nose. Please can you help?
