Suggest Treatment For Burning During Intercourse

I am a 60 year old woman with diabetes that has extreme burning during intercourse, My Gyn said I have a very thin lining and the lining tears with some bleeding although I do not see any blood. I have used the cream and now am on the estrogin ring, but these are not helping. Sex is now very rare because of the burning pain. Anyother solutions out there?
