Suggest Treatment For Burning In Arm

I am 21 and my height is 5"1 . Monday i burned my arm by getting hot water and it spilled all over . I put burnt ointment and ice it was fine after about 3 hours .. then today is started itching badly and it is peeling now .. I have no idea what to do or what to put on it . Please help
