Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain Below Stomach

Hello sir,

I am Shivakumar, my uncle is around 58yrs old and from last 1yr he is suffering from burning in his body below the stomach and he is don't have any sort of pain any were in the body, when he gets the burning he feels tired and he don't feels like having the food, he had also undergone endoscopy and the result was fine din't find any issues all the reports were OK.

He had taken the treatment on the acidity but was of no use!

We are confused whome to contact and no doctor is able to identify the issue.

Can you sugest us whome to concern and what is the cause for this and what could be the treatment for this one?
