Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain On Penile Head During Intercourse

hello doctor im having pain and burns in the head of my penis during sex, is red even without having sex. can you please suggest me what i should do because i have been in to a sex health clinic few times and they are busy all they say come another day and its worrying me. thank you so much
