Suggest Treatment For Burning Red Rashes On Face

Hi... For the past two days I have these red rashes on my face which feels like my face is burning.. almost the entire face is covered. Have not used any new cream, powder or any facials. This is the first time and at times when the burning sensation is too much I am applying rose water... other than that its only plain water. Today the redness became more prominent so out of desperation I had an Avil(1 tablet only). Please help!!!
