Suggest Treatment For Burning Red Ring Around Lips

Hi, I recently have been to a doctor about a red burning ring around my bottom lip, the doctor gave me a bunch of std tests and some neosporin night therapy, all my results came back negative on my blood work and the ointment hasn't made it better and its been a month, what could this be?
