Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation After Passing Urine

i m a 55 year old woman with 3 children,all wid C-section surgery..and i have been having this problem since almost 15-20 years. Every now and then i have an extreme inflammatory feeling while passing urine, i have been having urinary incontinence since my first delivery 30 years ago & a hernia repair around the same time,..doctors have told me i have a cystocoel/rectocoel?..i really dont know what it means & havent got any positive treatment options from any doctor. i had ultra sound scanning done but it was normal. i don have a urinary infection too.. my esr remains around 52..i spend hours in the loo trying to pass the last remaining urine to out..apart from the loose pelvic floor muscles that i was told by the doctors,what else is the solution for my extreme inflammatory burning feeling & tenderness which persists even after hours of coming out of the loo..please help! thanks
