Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Tingling In Toes

Hi, I am 26 year having higher levels of RA and CCP. ESR count is also higher. Clinically I do not have any symptoms such as joint pain. However I have pain in my left ball of foot. In the morning after waking up first few steps are painful and slowly pain goes away. I always feel burning sensation, slight pain and tingling in my 2-3 toes or ball of left foot. Kindly diagnose my problem. Thanks
