Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Throat

hi for the last 5 days I have been getting a burning in the back of my throat and a bad smell that goes out of my nose. when that happens I have trouble breathing - I cant breathe in or out until I take my asthma puffer. this has only happened twice.for the burning I have tried milk and have gone to the doctors for relief but aren't helping. Thanks
