Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Throat

My neighbor was burning diapers, I think, Sunday. My that has been so scatchy since. I was talking with another person and was around the caustic smoke as it wafted into my yard. My throat feels burned around where the nose meets my throat. Seems slightly better than yesterday. Is there anything I should do?
