Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation Inside Knee

Hi doctor I am 32 years old lady . I am trying to loose my weight but I couldn t. I am doing exercise, dieting though I couldn t loose . I used to have back sore last 2 years that stopped suddenly it start again last week . This time it was severe and I felt some burning inside my left knee . I donot know plz help me . Thank you
