Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On Foreskin

hi doc,since last two days i have an irritation under my foreskin exactly under where the dickhead ends n foreskin is attached.when i pour water on it to clean it .it get burning sensation.i applied cloben-G,for two days but still the area is not dry n the burning sensation still persisits..what should i apply?
