Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Face

all my face is stinging, it crawls and burns up red. It has silver look to it and is dry and flaky. It's been very painful at the start and came out in pearl silver raise all over face. I have been incredible pain and can't put any cream on it. it keeps burning up red on the left cheek now and has a weird texture of pores. It's been like this since march 2013. I have a long history of fungal infections but the only prob I have is my face. My body itches all over but their is no sign of a rash. All abit too much I think... thinking need to boost my immune system.
