Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Forehead Of Penis

When in the shower and as the water runs over my penis I sometime feel pain at the tip of the penis. In some case I can sense water entering the tip of my penis. When this happens and i come out of the shower and urinate I feel a burning sensation along the shaft of the penis.
