Suggest Treatment For Burns In The Foot

my daughter is 8 years old and she got burns in her foot few months back. the burns were indepth and hence took some time to heal. after 1-2 months of complete healing now she developed keloids. size of the keloid is 1.7*2.8 cms. it is hard and itches some times. it pains only when we press it hard. it is soft at centre.



my questions are 1-what is gthe best treatment for this 2-can it spread more than injury area-if yes how to know that 3-oncecured can it re-appear after some time-4-can we prees it multiple time by thumb/finger
