Suggest Treatment For Buzzing Sensation In Groin

Is this "ask a doctor" for real? Anyway, I'm a 54-year old active, fit woman and just did a Google search for "buzzing sensation in groin"--and was surprised to find numerous similar questions with no answers. I have a vibration/buzzing sensation that is constantly there--a second on, two seconds off, repeating this pattern over and over. It has been there all day long. It's exactly at the place where the crease is at the top of your thigh when you sit down, about 3 inches from the center. Any clues?
