Suggest Treatment For Calcification In Basal Segment Of Chest

Hello doctor, this is Mohammad Salman I have gone through a medical test for job in gulf country and they made me unfit because of calcification at led mid zone. I did blood test and chest x ray and I found every thing was normal. After that I went through a chest scan and report says two small calcified nodule lesions are seen in superior basal segment which is not in active lesion. Doctor says suggestive of old granulomatous lesions. Please correlate clinically. Kindly tell me can it be cleared with medicine or surgery
