Suggest Treatment For Callous On Palms With Soreness At Finger Tips

approx. 2 yrs ago I was working in cold wet weather doing a roofing job. I had gloves on and believe they were wet for some time also thinking they went numb due to temp. Ever Since I have peeling/callous on the palms. Fingertips peel and tend to be sore, What caused this and how can it be fixed???
