Suggest Treatment For Callus Formed On The Toe

On the inside of my little toe I have developed a pencil eraser sized flat callous that was a blister like item previously. There seemes to be a single dot in the center of it. I'm a chef and wear clogs(have for 20 years to no ill effect). Now the toe becomes painful and I have been treating it for athletes foot as the area is also itchy occationally...My other little toe is developing same visual, but without the prerequisite pain and blister stage.
