Suggest Treatment For Canker Sore Under Lip Piercing

Hello ive got a canker sore under a lip piercing inmy mouth im the type of person who gets them regularly in random spots but this one appeared on the piercing and the white part has torn away and there izs just a shallow hole remaining what should i do?
