Suggest Treatment For Cat Scratch Fever

I need to find a new Dr. I have a general MD that no longer goes to hospitals and refers any complicated issues. I lovingly call him cough & sneeze DR. I have type 2 diabetes. I recently got out of hosp for treatment for Cat Scratch Fever (admitted from ER) my Dr referred me to a surgeon because he thought I would need skin grafts (I didn t). I don t know what kind of Dr I need to search for. While I was in hosp I was also told I had COPD.
