Suggest Treatment For Cellulitis

i was diagnosed with cellulitis 2 weeks ago. I was given antibiotics 500mg four times a day for a week. The pain continued and i went to my gp who told me to rest it. I have not been resting it as much as i should and the pain continues. Yesterday i noticed an indentation which has disappeared today. Could you advise me as to what i should do. Thank you
