my MRI show 1. Severe central stenois at L4-L5. and 2. Multilevel facet arhropathy Report states Recommend surgical evaluation for posterior decompression at L4-L5 I ve been referred to The Neurological Institute of Ga. and am waiting for an appointment. What kinds of options will I be presented with for improvement of my condition and relief from chronic back pain? What questions do I need to ask the specialist?
