Suggest Treatment For Cervical Cancer Causing Light Brown Tissue Like Discharge

Hi, My mother is diagnosed with uteri cervical cancer, has gone through a radiotherapy and is still having chemotherapy. Has a hydronephrosis on one of the kidneys and a vesico-vascular fistula. She discharged a white-light brownish tissue from the vagina (doesn t have blood). Can this be the tumor falling out?
